The location is fantastic, with shops and the Liverpool One centre just a short walk away. It's also near the Albert Dock, offering great views and a convenient spot for a relaxing stroll. the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I had no complaints about the breakfast, which was decent. Plus, the fast WiFi made my stay even more enjoyable. I have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.
The beds weren't the most comfortable, but everything else made up for it.

Great location near the docks and city center. Lovely view of the river at night.
The room was uncomfortably hot and noisy. Had to keep the window open, which let in traffic noise and arguments from outside.

Location couldn't be better, just a short walk to major attractions and excellent restaurants. the panoramic views of the waterfront from the room definitely added to the stay. the breakfast served was delicious with a lot of options to choose from.
The noise outside made it hard to sleep at times. Even with the windows shut the sound of the traffic was very loud, but we did find the fan in the room helped to create some white noise.
